 The SGS Room Block at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is sold out

The single/double room rate is $245.00 per night. This rate does include the hotel fee that provides use of the resort activities and amenities including guest room internet, (2) bottled waters refreshed daily upon consumption, unlimited access to local, 800 or 888 calls, health club, 9 hole pitch and putt course, court time for tennis on a walk on basis only, basketball, volleyball, rock climbing wall and all water sports including non-motorized boats (hydro bikes, sail boats, paddle boats and canoes), as well as resort bicycles and quadricycles. Also included is scheduled complimentary shuttle to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure theme parks. Reservations require a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night of the reservation.

The Cut-off Date for accepting room reservations at the special SGS group rate is Friday, February 16, 2018.  Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time on the Cut-off Date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Reservations made after that date will be subject to availability at no greater than $25 over the group rate. Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress  will honor the group rates up to three (3) days pre and post conference dates based upon availability. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am.
