Thank you for your exhibitor registration for the upcoming SGS Annual Scientific Meeting, March 31-April 3, 2019. You have been assigned and emailed your exhibit booth number. Click HERE for the updated exhibit floor. Booth hours are as follows:
Monday April 1, 2019 9:00 am - 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Morning Break 9:20 am – 9:50 am
Lunch Break 11:55 am – 12:55 pm
President’s Reception 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Exhibit booths must be staffed during all open hours in the exhibit hall.
EXHIBITOR BADGES
We are now taking exhibitor badge requests using the SGS website. Click on the Exhibitor Badge Order Form tab to submit your badge order for the representatives that will be attending the meeting.
We must receive your staff list no later than March 10, 2019. You are allocated three complimentary badges for each 100 sq. ft. of contracted booth space. Badge requests over your allocation are $100 each.
