Follow the leader! Join our dynamic SGS President, Dr. Rosanne Kho, immediately following the SGS Awards Ceremony for this reception in the Exhibit Hall. With an electrifying open bar and hors d’oeuvres extravaganza, this is your ticket to an unforgettable evening of celebration and networking!

Yoga with Mireille Truong (Ticketed Event - $35)
Tuesday, March 26th | 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM

Start the day with Sunrise Yoga! Class will start with a Vinyasa Flow and end with some Yin yoga. It's the perfect combo to relax, renew and re-energize, and prepare the mind and body for the day. Vinyasa flow will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow complemented by a yin practice that promotes joint health, can prevent injury, encourages balance. Yin yoga focuses on lengthening connective tissue typically in the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Postures are typically held for 3-10 minutes fostering relaxation, boosting energy.

Class Level:
This class welcomes all levels. Options will be provided for students who are building their foundation as well as for those who are ready to challenge their practice.

SGS Golf Tournament | Shotgun/Scramble Format (Ticketed Event - $229)
Tuesday, March 26th | 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Join this fun competition among colleagues on the Walt Disney World Lake Beuna Vista Golf Course. The format will be a four-person scramble, eighteen-hole tournament where everyone hits a shot, the best ball is chosen, then everyone hits the next shot from there and this continues until the ball is holed out. We encourage all to play as there is no pressure on anyone except to have a good time (and cocktails) with your colleagues on a beautiful golf course. The $229 fee covers the round of golf, golf cart, four drink tickets and prizes for the first and second place teams, longest drive (men and women), and closest to the pin (men and women). Club rental is an additional $70 and can be included via your registration form. 

Kayaking (Ticketed Event - $199)
Tuesday, March 26th| 1:45 PM - 7:00 PM

If you like being up close with nature, this is the experience for you. Certified guides lead you down Shingle Creek, the headwaters of the Everglades, into a lush cypress forest. Traveling the waters by kayak offers rare opportunities to view native wildlife up close, including turtles, birds of prey, otters, and even an alligator or two. You’ll learn all about this iconic natural wonder of the world and even enjoy some refreshments along the way. All guides have ACA Instructor certification, as well as First Aid, CPR & AED certification. Basic and intermediate paddling technique instruction is included for novices and intermediate level kayakers. Kayak instruction will include at minimum 6 basic paddling techniques (forward, reverse, sweep, draw, rudder, and edging). The tour includes kayak rental, life jacket, drinks/snacks, and ongoing narration about the rich ecology and history of Shingle Creek.

Around the World with SGS SHARE FUNdraising Event (Ticketed Event - $125) Tuesday, March 26th | 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Over the years, the theme of our event has taken a journey "Around the World," yet our unwavering dedication to enhancing the enjoyment quotient while raising funds for excellence in gynecologic surgery remains constant! Join us for the quintessential event of the meeting as we take a virtual trip Around the World with delectable food stations, lively music, dance, and laughter, all shared with your SGS friends and colleagues.

Secure your spot by purchasing advance tickets at $125 each. A portion of the proceeds from each ticket will contribute to SGS's mission of advancing research and education. Starting Saturday, March 23, tickets will be available for $150. Be part of this global celebration!
