Call for Abstract and Video Reviewers

The Society of Gynecologic Surgeons (SGS) is seeking volunteers who are interested in serving on the 2026 Abstract Review or Video Review Committees. If you are interested, submit your information via the "volunteer" button below. The deadline to apply as a reviewer is August 10, 2025.

Requirements for Reviewers:

• Be an Active SGS member in good standing.
• Be willing to review assigned abstract/videos according to program timeline.
• Be able to participate in two scheduled conference calls.
• Be able to review assigned submitted manuscripts according to program timeline.

Scheduled Timeline/Conference Calls (preliminary)

• Week of October 1, 2025: Reviewer Guideline Conference Call
• October 19, 2025: Reviewer Deadline
• Week of October 20, 2025: Abstract/Video Selection Conference Call
• January 10, 2026: Manuscripts Assigned to Reviewers
• January 25, 2026: Manuscript Reviewer Deadline
